FAQ
This largely depends on the type of toy! A single Duplo block normally won’t affect the set. Let us know at pick up and we can assess if the toy is still functional without the piece.
A toy that is needed for a set to be completed will be handled as follows: You will be charged the cost to replace the piece, if it is later found and returned within a reasonable time frame (preferable less than a month) you will be refunded the replacement cost.
Reach out to us as soon as possible!
Sometimes toys are just at the end of their lives and were ready to be retired.
However, if the toy was broken because of inappropriate use we will request that you either replace the toy with the same brand and version, or pay for us to replace it. This is so that other families can continue to enjoy the toys and helps to ensure that our toys are returned in as close to the same condition that they were borrowed in.
Yes, toys can be renewed ONCE, however, in order to keep toys accessible for all of our families we require toys to be returned after one renewal so that others have the chance to play!
There is an exception for some seasonal toys, these will normally NOT be able to be renewed, as they tend to be in high demand.
